Metis Child & Family Services have been providing services to children and families since 1985. The agency provides resources, advocacy and support to families with foster care and family support programs. The agency is accredited by the Canadian Accreditation Council. We provide monthly home visits with foster families and children, along with assisting families with the training required by the Province. We advocate for foster families and the children in their care. A Manager of the Foster Care Program is available for phone calls when the Foster Care Support Workers are out of the office.

Children who have TGO Status require daily logs, monthly reports, medication logs, allowance forms to be signed for children ages 6 and over. PGO status children do not require daily logs, only monthly reports, medication logs, allowance forms.
